| “ | "Ama also known as Huen Ning,fell in love with the arts and music ever since she was brought into this world. Besides art she is also a dedicated jazz/soul singer. She started to play the piano at 6, and started composing her own songs when she was 7. A jazz band has formed in the summer of 2003 and its name is Subito (Italian, meaning: Suddenly). Subito played all around Hong Kong and started their first debut gig at the Hong Kong Fringe Club. A graduate from the Fine Arts department of Chinese University of Hong Kong, Ama has had several solo and joint exhibitions, and one of which is held in Seoul for the Seoul Fringe Festival 2004. Ama Huen Ning has released her debut pop album "Seoulful" last year. Her album has ranked Top 1 best selling album for two weeks straight in HMV." |
